So we’re still a little bit sore from our lifts this week, and we have a crazy leg day tomorrow, so today we’re going to do a limited volume high weight overhead day.

Log Push Press: 

  • 90 lb x 3

Grouped Lift: Single Arm Dumbbell Press + Shrugs

  • 45 lb x 8 + 80 lb x 8
  • 50 lb x 8 + 90 lb x 8
  • 55 lb x 6 + 100lb x 8
  • 55 lb x 6 + 100lb x 8

Cardio:

  • 2,000 Meter Row for Time
