Ricky Rozzay is taking us to CHURCH!!!

Enter “Sanctified” the latest banger from Miami’s own Rick Ross. This joint is one of the standout tracks on Ross’ new album Mastermind, which hit stores this week. This time he brought along his G.O.O.D. Music pals, Mr. Kanye West and Big Sean to lend vocals to the track. The track produced by Kanye, Mike Dean, and DJ Mustard has these three emcee’s rapping back and forth over a smoltering gospel sample from Betty Wright that talks about being born again. Kanye knows a little something about this, especially since he just wrapped his controversial Yeezus tour. He mentions in the song “Wipe my forehead with a hankerchief and wash my sins in the blood of Jesus. People sayin, we need another Yeezus.” Kanye goes in on how other people perceive him. Big Sean ain’t talkin bout much in his verse, but he normally never does anyway, so you aren’t missing much there. Rick Ross stays consistent with his delivery. He always seems to shine bright when he’s got other emcee’s spitting on a track. Ross spend him time talking about his exploits and making them holy. Whether or not all of these three rappers sins get washed away is something yet to be determined. But in the meantime, the congregation will rise when they hear this jam bumping on your speakers. Enjoy “Sanctified”
